Preparing an enquiry

The request builder asks for your name, a reply contact, location, enquiry topic, preferred reply method and consent. It does not ask for a child’s name, date of birth, diagnosis or medical records.

In email and WhatsApp mode, details remain in the page until you choose a sharing option. Email and WhatsApp links place the prepared text into the app or service you select. You decide whether to send it. Those services process information under their own policies.

Optional direct submission

The package includes a server delivery option. If the website operator enables it, submitting the form sends the listed details over the connection to the website’s server and then to Mariel’s configured email recipient. The supplied server does not store request bodies in a database or application logs. The recipient’s mailbox and infrastructure may retain messages.

Do not send clinical records using this initial contact process. Ask the team for an appropriate secure method.

Audio and development reflection

The podcast is a local audio file without an external player embed. Audio is loaded when you choose to listen. Development-reflection answers are kept only in the current page’s memory and are not submitted or stored by the supplied code.

Cookies, analytics and hosting

The supplied website code does not add analytics, advertising trackers or browser storage for your form answers.
